Ideally located close to the golden sands of Longsands’ Blue Flag beach, this property is perfect for surfers, bathers and sandcastle makers. Also within easy reach is the selection of amenities in the popular coastal town of Tynemouth. For a more cosmopolitan affair, jump on the Metro or drive to nearby Newcastle where you will find a fantastic selection of shops, eateries and entertainment facilities.

 Inside, the accommodation is bright and spacious with a homely feel throughout. The ground floor entrance opens into a porch, ideal for hanging walking gear and storing bikes and surfboards. From here, stairs lead up to the first floor accommodation. Prepare and enjoy delicious meals in the large kitchen/diner, which is fitted with modern appliances and features a large table to seat 10 plus a further breakfast table to seat four. The cosy lounge next door is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day, with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and feature fireplace. This property offers five king-size bedrooms, four of which can be set up as twin bedrooms on request. On the first floor, one bedroom has a feature fireplace and en-suite shower room and one bedroom has access to a separate cloakroom. On the second floor, one bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and two further bedrooms share a family bathroom with overhead shower. All bedrooms have TVs with access to Netflix.

Grt location , close to local shops and the sea front. Spacious accommodation and well equipped kitchen. Satisfactory beds and bedding.
